add search bar in the Leaderboard section

Expected behavior

there should be a search bar so that user can search each other

Current behavior

there is no search bar functionalities

Steps to reproduce

1. add search bar button
2. provide logic to search among the users

this will additional feature to search the users among the list of candidates registered
