CudaSyncAnalyzer - Print warning if run on a node without a CUDA capable graphics card #15
Description
As part of the process of instrumenting libcuda, a small test program must be executed to determine the location of the internal synchronization function. If no CUDA capable card is present, we should print a warning that the test program will not execute correctly (though this should only be a warning since this test program is only run if a brand new driver version is detected).
