Description
Given a FC File with two Bodys each containing a Sketch defining just some lines as refences to allign to and a sketch defining a shape which is padded.
Unsing the Manipulator Workbench the both bodies can be alligned using the Manipulator WG flawlessly UNTIL both bodies get cloned and fused using PD_Boolean
It seems that the Manipulator-WB gets confused by the new created boolean.
Good: Manipulator-WB can be used to allign Bodies
Alignment_Test_2.zip <- State befor creating the Boolean ...
Bad: ... The bodies were now cloned an fused. Using the Manipulator-WB it is not possible to align the bodies as befor - even if one is active. If the visibility of the PDBoolean is set to invisible - no result of any alingment-action is noticable ( but the fused Body is somehow manipultated and jumps around - not shown in the picture - but might noticed if the visibility of the body containing the PD_Boolean ist set to visible )

Maybe the Manipulatior WB gets confused due to the data-stuctures which are created by the PD_Boolean ?
