Use plugin without Activator

LIghtbend Activator is no longer available. The instructions require some files that are created within the Activator actions.

Is there a way to run this without Activator?

Hi @nebulorum, currently the maintainers of this project (none are with Zalando, where this project originated) are occupied with other things, and I'm trying to find another collaborator-company. So far nothing happening there.
