Add license

Very nice site!  I'm looking for something similar to host a directory of Symfony-based PWA applications.  You don't have a license listed, is this code available for re-use?  

Also, consider updating to Symfony's AssetMapper, you can get rid of the build step (node, webpack, etc.).

And of course, update it to a PWA! I can help with that.
