[Windows] Use the app icon for app registry instead of the uninstaller icon #9289

electron-builder version: 26.0.12
After I added the uninstaller icon (build/uninstallerIcon.ico) and installed my NSIS exe, the app icon displayed in both 'Control Panel > Programs and Features' and 'Settings > Apps > Installed Apps' is the uninstaller icon, not the app icon. It's not what was expected.
In the case of VS, VS Code, Node.js, Sublime Text, etc., they all show the application icon here, not the uninstaller icon. Showing the uninstaller icon here is confusing for the user and makes my app look like a "special trash can".
