My studio burn M5 stack basic failed and keep retrying

I'm also having the same issues with my robot arm and burning software onto the M5 Stack-basic. Was wondering if you were able to figure out this issue or if anyone else has any tips on how to fix it?

Documentation is a joke. Very bad! Having the same PRoblem just with the PI version....
