Duplicate blame line in sideline display

Occasionally the sideline package shows the same blame line twice, e.g.

This happens only from time to time, not for every chunk.

Could you advise on how to diagnose or suppress the duplicate?

I’m using the latest sideline on latest Emacs

Does it happen to all backends? Or only the sideline blame package? 🤔 Want to narrow things down if possible. 😁

For now, I’ve only noticed this happening with blame.

I also noticed that when I set the delay to 0, this issue doesn’t seem to happen ,but I’m not entirely sure.
