Upgrade the OpenSearch version #602
Description
The current version of OpenSearch used in this benchmark is version 2.6.0.
https://github.com/opensearch-project/OpenSearch/releases
However, opensearch has been updated to 2.19. x and 3.1.x.
OpenSearch has made many optimizations in vector search in the past two years. Can we update the version to obtain more objective evaluation metrics. Thank you.
Additionally, JVM suggests adjusting to the upper limit of 31GB.This is really important for Elasticsearch and OpenSearch.
