Change the "Where does your code run?" from multiple-select to single-select

Unlike other questions, this one is a multiple-select (it's required to press space to select), which many users often overlook. We have received quite a few reports about this: #74 , #104 , #198, #180

I propose changing it to a regular single-select; users can manually add other environments if needed.

😕 A lot of projects have code running in both browser and Node.js/server, though. Maybe the root issue could instead be addressed by making the UI more clear on it being a multi-select? A ⚫ instead of a ✔️, perhaps?

yes, It would be great! I'm just not sure if it's possible with enquirer; and the package is not very actively maintained (the last version was published ~2years ago.)
