Usage Unclear #3

Hello,
The README file says that phone.py needs the following parameters.
python3 phone.py -c -p
However, I've tried to run the tool using two different methods, but both are giving me errors related to the input.
METHOD 1 | FAIL
python3 phone.py -c 986 -p 2735188
