Kubernetes Client BOM is not released to Maven Central

Description

After the switch to the new Maven Central release process, it seems that the BOMs are not released despite release logs showing so (v7.4.0).

For now I had to do a manual release of these components.

@iocanel @metacosm @shawkins have any of you face a similar issue with Sundrio BOM generator and the new Maven Central release processes?

Please, let me know if you try to and are successful. Maybe it's just a misconfiguration from our side.
