No local network access to ollama

Hi! It appears that Hyprnote (macOS) cannot access any local network services. I’ve confirmed that the following scenarios work:

• On-device ollama (localhost)
• Local network ollama with port forwarding through VSCode

I suspect this is because the app never requests Local Network access. Is this being addressed? Additionally, the same issue occurs in the Transcription section.

@jgenc We are not requesting anything related to local-network-access for now. Not sure why it worked for me and other users.
Did some research, found things like NSLocalNetworkUsageDescription or com.apple.security.network.client. Will do more research, apply it, and publish new version(v0.0.82).

@jgenc Seems like com.apple.security.network.client is for sandboxed app. (Hyprnote is not)

Just added NSLocalNetworkUsageDescription.
