Automatically generate shareable links when adding a new link to the database

Current

When a new article is indexed, one has to manually go in to create shareable links to the article.

Expected

When a new article is indexed, it would be great if it generated three shareable links

Details

Linked should be shortened with Rebrandly and the parameters should always follow the same pattern (described below)

For an article like: https://www.fastruby.io/blog/rails/tips-for-upgrading-rails-3-2-to-4.html

The shareable links should have these parameters:

Twitter

utm_source=Twitter
utm_medium=Organic
utm_campaign=Blogpromo
utm_term=tips-for-upgrading-rails-3-2-to-4
utm_content=Textonly

LinkedIn
