Auto generate `deps` from project code

Currently we need to do this work by hand, but is possible to just generate `deps` section automatically.

All that we need is valid config with `components` section.

In first version of this feature, we can validate that `deps` is not exist in file yet, and only in this case - generate it automatically.
In second version, we can generate vendor deps too.
