Add Svelte Example

We have a couple of examples for frameworks, but it'd be great to add one for Svelte.

TODO:

• Add a Svelte Example App
• Add docs page containing the example
• Update Getting Started instructions with Svelte setup info

@Harshdev098 Since someone's already tackling Svelte, could you duplicate this issue with a different framework? Anything useful is fair game. can be Nuxt, Remix, Quik, Astro, Solidjs, or anything else you'd like! Go ahead and open the issue and feel free to get started!
