Describe the solution / feature you'd like.

A resource pack API for generating, compiling, sending and serving resource packs from the server port with a nice-to-use fully-fledged resource pack compiler, with inbuilt support for fonts, models, sounds, languages and more. Everything being in memory would be nice but not required.

See packed for reference [It is in kotlin, not fully finished nor in-memory but works].
Packsquash support would be nice too
