Broken link

The https://www.finkproject.org/lists/fink-devel.php page gives the link to the fink-devel mailing list archives as http://news.gmane.org/gmane.os.apple.fink.devel which is broken. The link should point to https://sourceforge.net/p/fink/mailman/fink-devel/ (just like for the fink-users list)

gmane appears to have gone through several major upheavals, including domain-name and services that can/can't be accessed. We'll need to update a lot of links.

Grepping for news.gmane in the website source brings up not that many links (and many are generated from the xml). But difficult will be ones like this one that point to a specific message: https://www.finkproject.org/news/index.php#2004-10-15%20Workaround%20for%20gcc%20problems.
