Does it work on WPA3-SAE auth mode?

Most deauth or flooding attack tools such as aircrack work on WPA/WPA2 mode, but to WPA3-SAE mode there is no use to send deauth frame. Is there any method to deauth the client of WPA3 or downgrade the auth method of WPA3 AP to WPA2?

Unfortunately I have not tested on WPA3 yet so I cannot provide an answer to this, but I do plan to do this in the future
