GaussianPulse phase difference with theory that isn't solved with mesh refinement #2685

Describe the bug
There is a user who is making the following observation: the gaussian pulse oscillates out-of-phase with the theoretical pulse in time, and this problem isn't solved by refining the mesh.
To Reproduce
I will attach the ipynb file provided by the user
Expected behavior
The phase difference between our GaussianPulse and the analytic formula should decrease as mesh refinement increases.
