Update all links in content to use new URL style #70
Description
Update all old local links in content (i.e. those ending in .html) to use the new "friendly" URL structure and no longer depend on the _redirects file for links within contents to continue functioning.
This will also resolve issues with those links not functioning on locally-hosted copies of the site.
