Cannot edit Quiz Settings custom metadata to indicate custom Player URLs #112
Description
Summary
When attempting to edit the managed custom metadata record “Quiz Settings” (part of sfq__Quiz_Settings__mdt), the record remains locked in the subscriber org even for a System Administrator. This prevents customizing quiz behavior as needed (Player app URLs).

Steps To Reproduce:
Install the quiz-player-app managed package.
Followed steps in the README.md of the Host App - applyed the Quiz Host Permission set into my user.
Go to Setup → Custom Metadata Types → sfq__Quiz_Settings__mdt → Manage Records.
Open the Quiz Settings record shipped with the managed package.
Attempt to edit or delete this record, or override it with a different record.
Expected result
A System Administrator (or other authorized user) can edit or replace the “Quiz Settings” custom metadata record to change quiz-related configuration.
Actual result
The record is locked (non–subscriber-editable) because it’s part of a managed package, so it cannot be edited or deleted. Attempting to override settings by creating a new record does not work because the code continues to reference the locked record.
