"Refresh Options On" not working for select in a datagrid

Describe the bug
"Refresh Options On" not working for select component placed in a datagrid

Version/Branch
5.2.2 master. Not working since 5.1.0

To Reproduce
Place 2 select components in a datagrid. Make on the second "Refresh Options On" on the first select. Activate as well the "Clear Value On Refresh Options"

Expected behavior
When modifying the first select, on the same row, the second select should reset its value.

@PhilSwissDev, thank you for reporting this issue. I have been able to reproduce the issue and have logged a ticket for the backlog. We are always willing to review any contributions to resolve this issue from the open source community.
