Add a DatePicker Component

Hey @gihanrangana , unfortunately it is still out-of-scope for now. You can, however, offer the date picker in your own registry: https://reactnativereusables.com/docs/create-your-own-registry

Once it's available, let me know and I can add it to the community resources
