Usage of variables in the event description

It should be possible to use (global / community-wide) variables in the description of single events/meetups.

E.g. if we want to insert the URL to our slack in the event's description (which can change over time in the future) we could use a placeholder like [url-slack] or **{url-slack}**, which will be replaced by the system with a real URL to the slack space.
