NavigateToMetadataService -> FSharp.Editing?

Can this be done? It seems like it would require us to implement our own XML metadatacache that stores the same information as the index service. Then perhaps generate the metadata page's text on the FSharp.Editing side and sending it back to the VS side to be inserted into the editor view.

Do we want to do this?
