The "angulargauge" and "thermometer" charts are not being resized properly

I've updated to version 3.20.0, and the "angulargauge" and "thermometer" charts are not being resized when calling the "resizeTo" function.

However, others charts, like the "mscolumn2d" chart, are working properly.

On version 3.16.0, all charts that I tested was working properly.
