[FEATURE] Add author to changelog

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I think is healthy to add the author when we create the changelog. auto-changelog comes with options, but not sure is already enabled.

It will involve more config, for auto-changelog or using a different changelog tool.

not sure what else is out there. open to options
