[Suggestion] Support custom build urls?

Adding a setting for custom download URLs would be useful if, for example, someone needed to downgrade or use a custom build or experimental build like the new index

using a custom build of geode is already supported (just replace in your file manager). not sure how a custom build url would look tbh, we kinda rely on the github releases api for this
