Addons Not showing after installed & relunch

Today i install local WP Version 9.2.2+6771 and installed the image optimize addons.

It installed properly but once it relaunch after installed, it just disappeared from the addons tab and no longer showing under tools tab. Also reinstalled not working as it saying already installed.

I do get the same behaviour

Same issue but only on one computer. Running latest version of Local on all machines.

I tried manually removing from AppData/Roaming/Local/addons and reinstalling, but no luck.
