Support `ChunkLoadError` filtering for Turbopack

This is not directly tied to the JS SDK but tracking here:

Chunkload errors can occur both for webpack and turbopack. see vercel/next.js#86593

We need to:

• check if the matcher supports both cases
• update the UI to reflect that this filtering also works for turbopack
