[Slack Integration] Sentry links are not unfurling in Slack

Steps to Reproduce

Reported by a user in this Zendesk ticket

1. Set up Slack Integration in your Sentry org.
2. Send an issue link to your Slack instance.

Looks like there is code for unfurling here, but trying it out myself and checking around in our own Sentry Slack, I'm having trouble finding examples of the unfurl working properly.

Expected Result

Unfurled links. Docs here show it is a feature of our slack integration

Actual Result

No unfurling. I have issue alerts sending to this channel, and my identity is linked properly, but the Sentry links are not unfurling.

Notifications are working properly, but links we provide in channels to which we've added the Linear bot do not unfurl. I have linked my account.
