Can we get next edit prediction like in Cursor or Windsurf?

Any chance we can get intelligent next edit predictions like in Cursor or Windsurf? How does that work under the hood?

I think they use specialized proprietary models to do the next edit prediction. Honestly, I don't have the capacity and data to train models and to implement next edit prediction for now.
