runtime error on all examples

for example the manual_tempest_example is gives a runtime error cant open file (return code 1) I have installed gr-tempest according to the readme and i am using gnuradio on dragonos

Hi. Have you downloaded the files that are in the project's website? Did you changed the URL of the file source to point to its location?

I am new to the linux environment and I installed the gr-tempest from the shell. I honestly am not sure what I am doing and have been using to google to figure this out but that is proving unsuccessful Respectfully, Sean Adams CTP-2/Engineer

Hi,
You should start with a simpler project and understand how GNU Radio works. Open a couple of flowgraphs with the GNU Radio Companion, follow the tutorials and then try to run ours. You should also read the associated papers.
That's my best advice. Else you'll probably just lose your time.
