Support msal broker on Mac and Linux (WSL)

Hello!
Broker support now exists on Mac and Linux, in addition to Windows. Broker provides a better auth experience, you can read more about the [benefits here](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/msal/python/advanced/linux-broker-py?tabs=ubuntudep#what-is-a-broker).
