BUG：PowerShell CommandNotFoundException #1419
Description
I had installed speckit by uv tool and verified specify check command.
but when I run：
/speckit.constitution Create principles focused on code quality, testing standards, user experience consistency, and performance requirements
it returns：
/speckit.constitution : 无法将“/speckit.constitution”项识别为 cmdlet、函数
