Expand branch favoriting support

• Add "Favorited Branches" option to the branches visibility dropdown on the Commit Graph
• Add favoriting support to branches in the Commit Graph
• Add favoriting support to worktrees in the views
• Change branch favoriting to apply to both local and remote branch pairs, e.g. if you favorite a local branch also favorite its upstream and vice-versa
