restore automatically pinning commit details view #4519

Description

Recently I re-installed my vscode thus gitlens was updated to the latest version, one feature that really annoys me is that the commit view refreshes to git-blame commit the line my cursor is on.

I'm aware that I can pin the commit, but previously when I look into a commit (for example openning a diff view of the FILES CHANGED), it's automatically pinned, i.e. I don't need the extra step to pin it first, then double click on FILES CHANGED.

I found the below changelog in 13.5.0:

  • Improves the "pinning" of the Commit Details view
    • Avoids automatically pinning
    • Changes the pinned state to be much more apparent

I'm not sure if this is the related change but I installed 13.4.0 and now it's working as I expected. I think there should be at least a configuration for this option.
