Installation of MCP GitKraken Server on Cursor leads to the red banner

Description

There is a red banner if I install gk mcp server on Cursor on Windows.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Cursor on Windows machine
2. Go to Gitlens Home view
3. Click "Install Gitkraken MCP"

Actual result:
Dialog "Install MCP Server?" has a red banner

Expected result:
Dialog should has no a red banner or has correct gitlens banner

That banner is controlled by Cursor, not us, and this is an issue with their theming. Here is how it looks in bright theme:

@axosoft-ramint are you saying that all of Cursor's "alert" banners are broken in their own theme? Are we not doing anything to add styles to this that would conflict with their theme?

@justinrobots that is correct, this is Cursor's UI. GitLens doesn't contribute any UI to this screen.
