MCP banner is not clickable on Commit graph view

Description

I expect that when I open the banner above the MCP icon, I will be able to click the "Learn more" link, but when I try to click the link, nothing happens.

Actual result: The link on the banner is not clickable (see attached video)

Expected result: The link should redirect to the Get Started page.
