Update the account list against the blockchain #82
Description
In the scenario:
- you create an account in some chain
- you register this account in other chain without gnokey mobile (gnokey cli, other gnokey mobile)
- when you start again gnokey mobile (or after a automatic refresh period), you see that your account is also present in the second chain (if this chain is added on GKM of course).
That could also be a account present in the "No Registration" category that will be move to the right chain category.
Because the only source of truth is the blockchain, we cannot rely only on the GKM store. We have to regurlaly update it.
