Cant Load project on VS 2017 #2

Hello
I m creating a new project in visual studio 2017 selecting .NET core ASP.Net Web Project with Empty project ,then it works fine .. but as I m creating the project with non-empty project with Web Application then following error is coming while loading the project

TypeError: Cannot read property 'files' of null
plz Help me to get rid of this.
