d2 markdown labels and c4 theme

In latest d2 in master, you can set markdown as labels, allowing the signature look of multiple lines with different text in the bodies of boxes/persons in c4.

Additionally, a theme was added to make diagrams stylistically more like C4 diagrams.

@alixander thank you for sharing! It looks very interesting. I might need to think about the proper way to introduce the new themes and models. Maybe, it would be better to bundle all the new style changes into a new experimental exporter. 🤔

Do you plan any other changes to improve c4 compatibility?

Yes the next version will have a new keyword to support the "one model multiple views" concept.
