Feature Request: Eco CI should send job_id, architecture, OS via to GMT API

• At the moment job_id is not sent. This makes it not possible to drill down in a complex run with multiple jobs via the configured API endpoint of the GMT. This feature would help to better distinguish and analyse complex matrix runs
• OS and architecture should also be sent to allow for better analysis when pipelines run on multiple architectures

In addition to adding this data to the API sent they must also be added to the receiver side.

Please have a look in the corresponding ticket.

Effectively in the Green Metrics Tool simply the endpoint must be changed to include a new attribute. Please version the endpoint then to a new version (v1 -> v2 -> v3 etc.)

In our Eco CI tool the job_id from GitHub Actions must be supplied. This is sent with a simple curl command.
So the parts itself are not too tricky, but the interplay between both components is important.
