Non-conforming meshes + GridapSolvers 

Just a quick note to not forget. The code for the non-conforming meshes has not been tested (even been written in some parts) with redistribution among an smaller or greater subcommunicator in mind. This feature is needed/stressed by GridapSolvers. Nevertheless, I expect the changes required to be minimal, although still required.
