Error with MPI.jl v0.20.19 and Open MPI v4.0.3 (Ubuntu 20.04)

Just documenting here a very annoying error (segfault) I found in github actions.

The error disappears when using either MPI.jl v0.20.18, or with MPI.jl v0.20.19 and we upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04 (Open MPI v4.1.2)
