• Fix missing --transcript-prioritization-strategy argument in standalone pvacsplice generate_aggregated_report command
• Require metrics file in standalone pvacseq update_tiers command so that it can be updated with newly selected tiering parameters
• The new TranscriptFilter was not being used in the PostProcessor. Instead it was still using the old filtering on the TSL-only
• Use correct default value for --expn-val parameter in UpdateTiers depending on base tool used
• Refine transcript prioritization logic to prioritize MANE select or canonical transcripts
• Include mane select, canonical, and cds flag information in pVACview transcript table
