S3 buckets configured for public access

Got an email from AWS saying S3 buckets configured for public access and we may want to change it. @ludstuen90 can you advise?

As for security, no worries here -- all of the content in the buckets is public anyway, so no need to worry.
That said, with the exception of a JSON file used in the events scraper and the .ics file, I don't see a ton of use in these buckets. @joshkadis Any reason you can think of to keep all three them around? I've been doing development/testing locally
