Description
Standard grade LCtec optical shutters need some 25 ms to fully open, so the earlier assumption that X-grade shutters were used proved impractical for 16 Hz operation with an open time of 31.25 ms (when using a 50% duty cycle). Therefore, the electronic duty cycle should be configurable so that it compensates for the non-ideal characteristics of the optics.
