No CI/CD tests for VITC or VideoID

VITC and VideoID metadata handling is in the TBC library and ld-analyse - but these metadata items are not tested in any way. We need to add some sample ldf images to the test-data-ci repo and fix this.

I need 100-200 frames worth of ldf sample for each one.
